The Brief

Icon Homes is a leading Emirati-owned real estate brokerage with a reputation for exclusive access to top-tier UAE investment opportunities and exceptional client service. The mandate was focused and clear: build a consistent pipeline of high-intent investor leads and deliver them directly to the sales team. Our role was ad creation and campaign management. Nothing else.

The Challenge

Dubai's real estate advertising market is saturated with identical static listings, generic luxury positioning, and creative that all looks the same. Getting the attention of serious investors and pre-qualifying them before they reached the sales team required a completely different approach to how properties were presented.
